New Features

A new, cleaner, more logically structured interface, which also adapts as you resize the dialog.
Does what you want more often, restoring focus to the edit control after hitting the Run button and other similar improvements.
You can now drag shortcuts onto Runner and it will create an entry with the characteristics of that shortcut.
You can now drag executable and data files onto Runner and it will create an entry to execute them.
Runner no longer requires the MFC runtime libraries to run, so no one will get errors about missing DLLs anymore.
